I reciently perchased a home in Duluth and had Tony do the home inspection. The home had a previous inspection by the sellers with another company. I was 100% satisfied with the work Tony did. He walked me through the entire house and pointed out things that were good and in need of repair. There were a few items that were crucial to the inspection that were not listed from the previous inspection done about a week before. I found that interesting. He explained in detail the concerns and what should be done to fix them. I brought that back to my realtor and we were able to have the sellers fix the issues pointed out by Tony and my purchase went forward. I recommend Leone Home Inspection because he truly cared and new exactly what he was looking for. Thanks Tony
