Extremely poor customer service. Waited over 6 weeks for acknowledgement of 2 written, 3 orally requested records of payment. When I expressed dissatisfaction with their lack of response on social media, they came and took the receptacle without notice in retaliation. Poor business to business relations.

Great service and a good crew. In response to the post below, you mail them a check every two months. At the beginning of the year Lawley sends a book of "coupons" which have the due date for each bill along with an area to write your address. The bill is due every two months, year after year; it does not change. You send the "coupon" along with check every two months. It's not rocket science.

Service with this company starts out well, but the longer you have them, the worse the service. I called once in January, twice in February, and three times in March just to get my bill straightened out. They did not return my call until the last one, which is when I left a message in my best "irritated" voice. Finally, they called back, and on top of everything, they want to charge me late fees! Needless to say, they are no longer my garbage collector. Be wary..
