My mom said the guy was friendly and did a good job.

I had a back-up in my house and they came within a couple of hours. I was so glad to see them. He fixed the problem right away.

Was able to schedule quickly and the job was done efficiently.

Kooline did what none of the other companies (including the company I have a service contract with) could do. They inspected my AC on a Saturday within a few hours of my initial call. The problem turned out to be a simple mistake made by the home builder, and it only took the tech a few minutes to find and fix the issue. So rather than 6 days of no AC because Chas Roberts was too busy to make a service call, my family only had to deal with the heat for one night. I am very satisfied with Kooline's responsiveness and professionalism.

Richard was awesome he saved my family from being without a stove for a entire week by coming back the same day when the pipe had the incorrect fitting for the new gas stove.
