First of all, Kauffman always has the best tire prices. And the service is good too. I've shopped at 3 or 4 locations (Eagles Landing, Smyrna, etc) over the years and its always been a good experience. Very satisfied.

Purchased Good Year Intergity tires last year. Noticed a whoppling and had the car checked, to find out that one of the tires was defective. Kauffman tires informed us that we would need to replace the tire. Based on the usage we received a credit of $65.00 towards a new tire. We would still have to come out of pocket with $116.00. We agreed to do this, only to be told that all the tires would have to replaced and not just the defective one. This is not what we were told in the beginning and if you know that theses Good Year tires are defective then they should be removed from your store. We will never buy tires from them again. They refuse to put the one new tire on our car and wanted us to spend an additional $700.00 for all new tires. Shame on you Kauffman Tires we trusted your guarantee!!!

I purchased tires at the Kennesaw location in 2008. Love the people there, hate the tires. My Goodyear Integrity tires have terrible traction and spin at the slightest moisture. Goodyear is not standing behind their product, and if Goodyear isn't "feelin' the love", Kauffman can't either. Kaufmann Tires at the Acworth location called Goodyear for me. Goodyear insisted that I bring the car in on a wet day for a Kauffman associate to drive to see "what the problem is", The problem is that the tires don't track in wet weather. Period. I can't take time off of work for their folks test drive the car. I wasn't asking for a refund, just some prorated credit towards new tires to make this car safe to drive in inclement weather. I might use Kauffman again (really nice folks), but will never, EVER, put a Goodyear product on my vehicle again!

Dont like having to buy tires but these guys made it easy. Used kauffmantire.com. Had the best total price of all that I checked. Friendly at the store and got me in and out fast.

I just bought a set of tires from Kauffman & their selection of tires as well as their service is absolutely the best. they will even fix your flat for free even if you didn't buy the tires from them.

I had a blow out and Kaufmann not only replaced my tire but also balaced all my wheels for free. I have used them for 5 years and will not go anywhere else. You can trust these guys.
