Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. They would not listen to us about what was wrong with the car and told us to call back every two hours for several days. After three days they finally ran a diagnostic and it told them what we had originally informed them of. They told us to take it somewhere else, and then held the car hostage until we paid them for not fixing the car. They would not take payment over the phone (just to be jerks) and made us drive over two hours to leave us having to take care of it ourself.

K-Land tires gives the best service at a great price. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to family and friends. They go the extra mile for their customers. If you are looking for good technicians and service, give K-land Tire a try.
