If i could give no stars I would have. We just bought a new house in December 2016. We have Whirlpool appliances and they have been great up until 1 week ago when our dishwasher stopped working. Now the 1 year warranty is out of course, so we set up a service request from Whirlpool and they used Johnson as the preferred repair place. The rep for Johnson called and scheduled a time the next day from 11 to 1 which I agreed to. The next day came and I never heard anything, no calls or anything. I called the rep back and he said he was here at 11am til 1107am and he said he rang the doorbell. I am a stay home parent who has 2 kids and I was tending to my youngest who was not having a good day. I never heard a doorbell nor did the rep call. I told him I was here and he said well no one answered the door. I asked him if he called and he said no that whirlpool said they would which sounds utterly ridiculous when your in front of the customers house and ring bell 1 time and then don't call? We all have cell phones. So at 1240pm I call and he said he was here at that time. He asks if i can service Monday and I said no I need it today. He says he will get back with me to tell me if he can do it or not. We go throughout the day and no call. No message, no nothing. We had plans but had to scrap them because we thought he was coming. Well we go throughout the weekend and no messages. I then text him to find out and he says I need to schedule with someone else. I told him I wish I could have known that ahead of time so I could have someone there today. He says sorry I wasn't there and we will tell whirlpool. I told him he did not offer great service and did not even try to reschedule. He says he's printing the txt and sending to whirlpool. I told him how great the service was. Do not use this company. They dont take the extra mile to help customers or even try. I am so upset about this and for a very easy fix most likely.

absolutely horrible. we had a refrigerator that was working, but the fan was making noise,so we called Johnson. instead of repairing our refrigerator, they completely broke it, and left us without a fridge for over a week. after 5 days of buying dry ice ($75 out of pocket) and losing $30 worth of food, i just bought a used fridge to get us by. they knocked a grand total of $50 off of the bill. do yourself a favor and call a professional

I would discourage anyone from scheduling appliance repair service with this company. The technicians are rude and make you uncomfortable in your own home. The customer service is awful - I have been told on six separate occasions that someone would return my phone call, to which no one ever did. It has been over three weeks and two visits so far and I am now being told that my part is in but they can not schedule service for another week. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY - unless you seek terrible service. I am scheduling with another repair service and have made a formal complaint to Whirlpool.

I am recommending Johnsons Appliance to everybody I know. I felt like Bob was very honest with me and very upfront. He told me my options on my refrigerator and gave me his recommendations. I feel like he could have steered me the other way to make him more money, he is a very honest person. His rates are also very reasonable.

Bob offers complete quality from start to finish. Very knowledgable and prompt, does a great job and is very thorough, and his services are still resonably priced. I would definately recommend this company.

This guy fixed something that hasn't been working in our refrigerator in 4 years, in a few minutes.

He is very reliable, honest and MUCH cheaper than other repair companies out there!

I called Johnson Repair Service when my fridge went out and they were there within 3 hours. He had me back up and running within 20 minutes! He was also HALF the price of the other 2 quotes that I received. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Johnson's Appliance Repair!!

I called Johnson's Appliance Repair when my fridge went out. Within 3 hours they were there and had my fridge back up and running at HALF the cost I was quoted by two other competitors. My fridge works better now than before!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Johnsons Appliance Repair did a great job when they came out to fix my dryer. I was impressed with the level of customer service, you don't get that very much these days. Bob was friendly and personable and seemed very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He fixed my dryer and it's been working great ever since. Johnsons Appliance is the first place I will call in the future when I need a repair man.

He is so not knowledgable. He didn't fix the problem with our refrigarator, and then when calling him back, he stated that we told him something totally different. Wasted money on this fool, to only have to call someone else to come back out here. We have the same problem that we had before we called him. Do not use him. He is a rip off.
