Being rude is not a good way to run a business. I called and left a message to arrange a quote for my roof. After a week of not receiving a call back I called them again. This time someone answered with a strained "hello?" No mention of a business. I asked if it was a roofing company thinking I had mis-dialed and got a simple "yes." I said I had called and left a message and was wondering if they could do a quote. I was abruptly cut off and told "that's not going to work. We're 2-3 months out, you will have to call someone else. If they can't do it then you can call us back." Well I won't. He didn't bother to ask when I wanted the roof done. Maybe I was looking 2-3 months out. Business lost.
