Stopped by after calling days prior to see if they had my vehicle on property to salvage. Arrived and was directed to the location where 2 vehicles I could use were located. Placed loose parts on the roof and than went back to the clerk for price . Clerk was annoyed he had to leave his shed to estimate a price which he stated "I just pulled that out of my a-- and gave price of $50.00- I showed them the items on the r... view moreoof and the 3 access panels I needed to remove which turned one one rusted to the body pretty good. After one hour and a half in the mid day sun removing mostly sheet metal access panels which one was pretty rusty went to check out. Clerk then stated that I took more than I told him- which I agreed and stated that I had one extra piece not discussed, and re- quoted $75.00. I then removed the really rusted parts and asked for a fairer price, we then became very agitated and loud stating "I don't deal this way" threw the parts out the door and stated the the conversation and the parts were just all cr-p anyway. Wow I really wanted to say more but he had a side arm on- so I just left. This guy is a con-artist and mentally unstable and possibly a racist after the negative comments he stated about a family of hispanics who were on property when we arrived, I now understand why there were few customers there and the vehicles looked liked they had not been salvaged in a while. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this one.

Can't Believe I've never been here before. Definitely my mistake! If you're looking for parts probally have it. I will be going back for sure.

This place is junk not auto parts! The employees all were drunk, drinking in plain sight and couldn't help you if they wanted!!! When we asked to see if a part would fit, the employee was so drunk he accused us of stealing parts. He was ready to fight, I couldn't believe it! We left and will NEVER return!!!! Back to the parts, the junk cars in the lot are so picked over you won't find your parts. My original comment "THIS PLACE IS JUNK NOT AUTO PARTS" IF YOU ARE THE OWNER CLOSE THIS HELL HOLE

Thanks JD's for selling me the door glass so cheap!! Idiots at auto village wanted 3 times the amount for the same part!!

Every time I have problems with my car the first place I call is JD's. They have a ton of cars so there is great selection of makes and models to choose from. And if they were as bad as the other people said I don't know how they would have been able to stay in business for the past 20 years.

These guys are great. Very helpful, and excellent service. Prices are good also. I highly recommend. I cannot see how anyone would review otherwise. If your looking for parts for your car, this is the only place in town i would go!

The guy running the counter is a real sour puss; either he is just pissed off with life or plain outright hates humanity / mean or may be its because I woke him up from his nap when I went for check out, I guess that explains how busy this place is…NOT. (Wonder why? Read on) I found him to be extremely rude. He quote 1 price (when I walked in )and after I spent a good chunk of time pulling the stuff out I bring it up and he proceeded to ring up a different price, I guess they don’t have a price list as he never provided 1. When I questioned the price difference he became irate and went on to take the rest of the stuff I had pulled and asked for me to leave and "never come back here" he said, ..." I would hate to have a customer like you" ranting and murmuring some nasty curse words. I was surprised he did not pull out his gun that he so vehemently totes around on his waist and makes sure that you see he’s got a piece. Now I was willing to put up with the wrongs that I have mentioned

I had forgotten the times I went to these good ol'd boys for the right parts. Yes I had to look around but I was never told it was there. And his quote is, "I am your best friend for the next 7 days", works for me. "since I don't take inventory The car could be here but I can't tell you what is left". In short I would like to say you should just go see for your self, make it a fun fishing trip at least they put there cars in order!!

I've called this ranch twice, and twice they have told me they had the part and to drive out. Both times, they had no such part let alone the vehicle. They are liars and like to waste peoples time and money.

The person who picked up the phone was very rude and had no respect for his customer. If u can go anywhere else but this place!!!!

I attempted to call this place looking for a m116 engine from a 1980's Mercedes 420SEL. Here is a transcript of the conversation as I remember it (I called not 3 minutes ago).Me: Hi I'm looking for the engine out of a 1980's Mercedes 420SEL and I was wondering if you had one.JD: What are you looking for?Me: I'm trying to find an engine from a late 1980's Mercedes 420SEL. The w126 model. Just the engine.JD: You aren't answering my question. What part are you looking for?Me: I'm sorry, I want the entire engine, the V8, from that car. The entire block.JD: Look, you won't answer my question, I can't help you. :click:I swear I'm not making any of this up. I tried calling back 3 times, but he would just pick up the phone and put it back down. I can't comment on his yard, but that type of "service" is inexcusable.I would give 0/5 stars, but that's not an option...so 1/5.
