Total Scam company! Our kids were moving into a new home/condo for this years school at NAU! With the garage door open and our vehicle parked in front of garage door (loaded with moving items,boxes,furniture etc.) this scam company hooked up to our truck and towed it away while we were moving items into the home! We explained we were just moving in and they said too bad! When we confronted the arrogant driver and helper they said, too bad! We could pay cash $150.00 cash now or $ 220.00 at impound yard. The tow truck has a repo stinger for quick pick ups and getaways. These two bandits were driving around the complex picking up one vehicle after another. This is a big move in weekend for the students and this company is taking advantage of the poor kids just trying to get started in their new places. This is a horrible business and should have their license removed!
