This site is dedicated to the Iowa market of renters. With no local listing site available, Iowa Renting has created a simplistic yet complete listing service which competes with national internet rental sites.

We have tried to make it as affordable as possible along with providing the most information.

I am a local Iowan who was tired of looking in rental sites with no organization, no mapping service and no understanding of our local market needs. Since national rental sites cost so much, most renters are only using free sites.

This site will provide security from scammers on free listing sites, provide complete and organized listings, mapping and a printable flyer to place in front of your rental.

The fee is all the same from residential to commercial. A $10 primary listing fee for the first month. The listing will not expire. There will be a charge of $5 a month for consecutive months.

The more exposure and list time, the more probable for a renter to see the listing. Once you have rented your property, visit the "Manage My Listing" where you will be prompted to enter your login information. Once you have logged in, you may view your listing, change your listing or cancel your listing. Please note that once your listing is cancelled, you will have to pay the primary listing fee to re-list your property. Once you have cancelled your listing, we ask you to supply a brief reason upon cancelling. Rented/Not Rented. If rented, we ask you to supply us with the lease terms and rented price. This is for data collecting purposes only. If you choose not to supply us with such information, merely click on the "No Thank You" link where your cancellation will be final.
