Had my vehicle towed there. Was told it needed a repair that had been done by my mechanic from another city 5 months ago. Unfortunately, listened to Imperial & allowed them to "fix" my vehicle. When I was unhappy with repair, they demanded cash or threatened to have my vehicle towed. This was after repair took over a week, when it should have taken a few hours. They also threw away parts they supposedly replaced & were supposed to give me to take to former mechanic. Car barely runs. Spark plug wires are not put under cover properly. Filed report against them with BBB, which they refused to answer. Would NEVER use this "repair" shop again. They also left my car unlocked for a week in an unsecured lot that had no security cameras. Guy in front very rude. Out several hundered dollars with no recourse. Vehicle will have to be taken elsewhere to be be fixed. Again would NEVER have vehicle towed by them or recommend them to anyone. Required to give star rating, unfortunately zero stars is not an option.
