Do not use. Horrible Terrible person. Con artist

I too was scammed by Impact Home Solutions. I signed a contract and paid 40% up front on 7/5/11. Communications with IHS stopped on 7/14. I wasn't too concerned for a couple of weeks as the project wasn't to start for 6-8 weeks. The first sign of trouble was when I attempted to contact them on 7/30 and got no response (phone or e-mail). I left numerous voicemail messages with no response. On 8/29 I sent an e-mail to E. Diamond (Sales Manager), and had it returned as undeliverable. On 8/30 I e-mailed a request for my money back to every IHS e-mail address I could come up with. I was surprised when I got a response from B. Ryan (President) claiming to have not had any voicemails and or communication forwarded to him. He embellished this with multiple excuses for the lack of communication. He also said he'd be calling soon to arrange the details for our project. He never called. I e-mailed again on 9/10 repeating my request for my deposit returned. He replied again with new excuses for the delay. That is the last communication we've received.

We also signed a contact with Home impact solutions do build a pergola with a canopy. He took half up front and never started the job. We can't get a hold of him. Its almost three months now. We plan on suing him as if anyone else is having the same problem please email me. [email protected]

BEWARE! DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. I wanted to rate a big FAT ZERO! Signed contract for retractable awning 6/22/11 and paid 1/2 up front. Cashed check same day. Heard from B. Ryan (President) 7/29 and was told the awning would be in and ready for installation in 2 weeks. I've heard nothing since. They do not respond to emails or phone messages. I was scammed out of a lot of money. I would never recommend this company. BEWARE that B. Ryan maybe working with "Dan" from A & D Construction Services. DO NOT HIRE EITHER COMPANY.
