Stole my money, He lists an address for his company that is not his. He is not in ossing, he's on long island. The office that supposedly doesn't use him anymore, absolutely does and they are a scam as well. Their company address is a storage unit which i have called and alerted. Their phone numbers are voIP #'s which can't be tracked down to anyone. The operator told me they were located in Nicaragua and the office lady told me they were located in Arizona. SCAM!

Came to house to fix refrigerator, took our money for parts and we have not heard from him since. He will not even take calls from the service that sent him and now they are freezing all future service with him as well. Do not use this company. And the only positive review he posted himself! That should tell you something.

Came to house-diagnosed problem-took money for completed job-never showed to complete the job. When I called to ask when he would be back-he hung up on me-never to be heard from again. Next step-Small Claims court. Save yourself aggrevation and call someone else to fix your appliances.
