This is the third time we have used house painting, inc. After using them the first time, I would never use anyone else. The crews have always been friendly, on time, hard working, meticulous and they take the greatest pride in their work. The price is great and the results are fantastic. Ginny

Interior painting of 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, office, and two hallways - approximately 1700 Sq Ft We couldn't be happier with the work done. James responded promptly to our request for an estimate, and provided a quote on the spot. We were also having our wood floors refinished and James accomodated the coordination of schedules with the flooring contractor. The painting crew was very professional. They carefully covered the newly finished hardwood floors and masked all non-painted surfaces. The quality of the work is outstanding. The crew arrived each day on-time, and cleaned up their work area before they left. I will be using House Painting, Inc. again for the exterior work next. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them.

Kim and another gentleman (whose name I regretfully did not get) arrived and quickly began working. I have to say that these two employees were the most polite, professional, and silent workers I have ever had in my home. He also provided me with a list of homes he has painted in my area, including many where the customer was willing to receive calls regarding their experience with the company. The project started one day late, but James called a few days ahead of the scheduled start to advise me and to make sure I was okay with the slight delay. CJ and his helper arrived and left punctually every day. They also did the trim.Member Comments: The experience was fabulous. The owner is James Lee. His price is not cheap, but it was not the most expensive. He said that he has to charge these prices in order to keep experienced painters. It was a Korean father and his two sons that did our house. They were very hard working and very knowledgeable. We liked them and I think it was worth the price.
