Taking responsibility for their mistakes is NOT something that you can expect from HOMETEAM. If HOMETEAM makes a mistake, YOU PAY FOR IT !! unfair you say??? TOO BAD!!! Its what happened to me! On top of it they had the NERVE to be rude about it. The poison does not work hardly at all! If you call more than once,,, watch them get really edgy with you and give you an ear full of stories of their bad customers that complain too much, because as far as they are concern, if you continue having bugs in your house, it must be your fault and not of HOMETEAM! If you have problems, dont complain or your will be sorry. CAUTION They will come and fumigate without a call to let you know they are coming and then stick you with a bill, whether you cancelled or not or whether you had problems or not.

BY THE WAY... IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE BUG FREE IN FLORIDA. I SWITCHED TO TRULY NOLEN AND HAVE NOT SEEN A BUG SINCE. But if you like to short change yourself... Hometeam is the service for you!!!
