Mr. Ruza answered all our questions about foreclosure. He worked very hard to stop foreclosure without bankruptcy. That was very important to us. Everyone else we spoke with said we had to file bankruptcy or do a short sale. Steve told us they were wrong , and Steve was right in the end.
