Dont EVER EVER sign up with these guys Horrible fraudulant business. I ordered Duct cleaning online deal for this company. At first it was easy we set up an appointment for here in lincoln nebraska and expected them on a certain date. They Never showed never called but we called them. They apologized and rescheduled. Then that time came No call so we called and they said that they broke down and were going to need to reschedule. At that rescheduled date they called 1/2 hour AFTER they were suppose to come and said they were tied up and needed to reschedule. This time They called and came a day earlier out of the blue and pretended they didnt know our address and that they accidently went to Omaha! Fed up I called to talk to a manager and was refused. The man was rude and vague and would not offer any help. He just said "just get your money back!". They call from numbers all over the US and never any local numbers so we looked them up. The address listed is Actually a SUBWAY!!!WTF very fraudulant. I will be doing my research to find out what they are really about just seems like a fraud

I found out about them through a deal they had on DealChicken for Northern Colorado, specifically Fort Collins. I missed the deal but contacted them directly to ask if they would honor the price if I paid them directly. I also asked if they serviced Wellington, 10 miles north of Fort Collins. They responded "YES" to both questions and set an appointment for a Saturday. I was told they would be at my house between 12-2pm. I own a business, so I had to pay an employee to cover for me so I could be at home when they arrived.



We received a phone call saying the technician had broken down on I-25 and would not be able to make it. They offered a free sterilization (?) in apology. We were bummed but totally understand when things like that happen. I called back and spoke to a lady who said they could re-schedule for the following Tuesday between 4-6pm. My mother cancelled a $100 cleaning client in order to cover for me at our store so I could be ready for when they would call and say they were on their way.



I called twice that day to verify the technician had our cell number, to call when he was on his way. I even spoke to the lady at 5:15pm, 45 minutes before then end of the appointment window, and she verified with me.



By 6:25pm, no call and no technician. They don't answer their main phone number after 6pm, it seems, even when they supposedly still have technicians on calls, so I left a message. I left another message at 7:30pm.



Come the next morning, I never receive a call. No explanation, no apology, nothing. When I take it upon myself to call them, stating I am very upset, I am put on hold THREE times while the man took other calls. He then proceeded to tell me that if I am so unhappy, request a refund from DealChicken (remember, I didn't purchase one), that he hadn't been paid for anything and wouldn't get money until October. Even so, that gives him the go-ahead to treat a customer with no respect, that if I didn't like it, just request a refund?



He said that since it is "way up in Wellington" the technician must not have had cell service. Yes, because we are so podunk that no one here has cell phone service. I was told that he had no idea what happened, that he would "try" to figure out what happened, if I wanted. IF I WANTED?? No apology, no offer of rescheduling, nothing. It was as if *I* was bothering *him.*



I am truly shocked at the level of rudeness, disrespect, and downright disregard shown for a customer of their business. PLEASE, do not use this business, find a respectable company in your area with a history of good service. Also, their Fort Collins number is different than the one listed here (they have many numbers); it is 970-266-9136.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. We called them to clean out our air ducts and the technician did not have the proper tools on his truck. He vacuumed out the ducts, but later discovered that he did no scrubbing, just vacuuming. We decided to have the company clean the carpets as well, and decided on the next morning at 8:30. The tech called at 7:30am saying he could not find the place on his GPS. My wife showed up at 8:15 and the truck was already there. Problem is, the truck was an air duct cleaner, not for carpets. So we rescheduled for 10am the following day and 10am rolls around and no truck. My wife calls and is told that there is a window from 10am to 12pm that they had. We were not informed of this and both previous 'appointments' had a definite time. My wife asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was told that one would call her 'in a few minutes'. At 11:30, still no phone call or truck, I called 303-813-9433 and spoke with a male who asked my name and placed me on hold for nine minutes, before telling me that a manager would call me back, then hung up the phone. I called back, and was yelled at, saying that he 'had eight people on the other lines and that a truck would be there and the manager would call me'. I said thanks, but I had another question (about the charges for the air duct cleaning) and he yelled again 'Go find another company. Thanks' and hung up again. It is now 12:38pm and neither truck nor return phone call has occurred. I will indeed find another company, and I suggest you do the same.
