Worst customer service. Very unprofessional. Usually customer service reps treat their customers nice so they keep using the place of business for their service. Nope - not here - in fact Mary - the customer service lady - gives you an incentive to shop for another provider. Yes folks - the service IS that bad! Please -shop for another provider for your propane. Which - we have found a much better provider - and they treat their customers with respect and appreciation.

Terrible service. We tried twice to set up the initial consultation appointments. We took time off work both instances, just to have nobody show up and get no phone call.

They finally told us they don't call, they show up on time and expect us to be responsible enough to do the same...

I don't know what to say to that. Twice now we've sacrificed personal time trying to do business with this company, and all they can do is insult us?

We're reaching out to a competitor and I encourage every one else to do the same.

Very unprofessional and poor service. Would not do business with. It took two weeks to get the information I needed because they "lost" my phone number. After repeated calls to the main office, it took several days to finally get a call back.
