Not sure what the other reviewers experienced but we have been with this credit union for several years and are
very happy with service and offerings. There have been exceptions along the way but name one bank that is perfect all the time. In fact, my only real beef with them at this point is the changes they made to their on-line statements. They no longer support balancing one's accounts (used to give a balance as you checked off charges, etc).

I wonder if the complainers ever found their perfect bank. In fact, no other bank in town is offering the 2.5% interest on special checking accounts.
