I was able to retrieve my car from their facility on 11/07/2018 around 9PM located at 1755 Vantage Dr in Carrollton. When I was able to see my car I was unable to approach the passenger side due to a vehicle parked too close but I walked around to the driver side of the vehicle and noticed the fender is popped out and is not in alignment with the driver door. I asked for someone at their facility to take pictures. The invoice I received from the towing company DOES NOT indicated previous front end damage, only points out the damage in the rear. I was told to speak with the office manager Emily Hoover in the morning. This morning 11/08/2018 I went to Sewell Cadillac Grapevine to get an estimate on the damages. I have had several “ugly” conversations with manager Emily Hoover, she insisted I was a “shady person” and the damage was already there. Also assumed the vehicle was damaged by the driver of the vehicle before it was towed. The vehicle was being driven by my husband and it the damage that is on the vehicle now was not previously there. Emily was VERY RUDE, very discriminatory assuming I was a bad person when in reality I just want the company to OWN UP to their mistake.
