Everything with GRACO went very smooth. They eplaced laminate flooring with ceramic tile in our house. Also, completed some painting and trim work.I was very happy with their level of professionalism. Initially hired them just to replace our old laminate flooring but ended using them for trim work and painting too.

Overall, very happy with their work. The renovation exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use them again!

My husband and I hired Graco Construction to tear out existing laminate

flooring and put down ceramic tile throughout our downstairs. It was

roughly 1500 square feet. Larry and his crew were amazing with the demo

and kept everything as clean as possible. That was one of my biggest

concerns with doing a renovation while we were living in the house, as

we have young children. They worked quickly and completed everything as

promised in a timely fashion. Even when I was struggling to choose the grout color, they

were more than patient. Our new floor turned out gorgeous and we couldn't be happier!
