In response to the relentless increases in fossil fuel and natural gas prices, and with the environment in mind, our Geothermal Division concentrates on providing residential and light commercial customers with the highest degree of comfort along with the lowest operating costs possible by installing geothermal heating and cooling products into new buildings and by retrofitting geothermal systems into older buildings, using a variety of products and heat delivery methods. Geothermal Heating and Cooling Systems provide space conditioning - heating, cooling, and humidity control. They may also provide water heating - either to supplement or replace conventional water heaters. Geothermal Heating and Cooling systems work by moving heat, rather than by converting chemical energy to heat like in a furnace. Every Geothermal Heating and cooling system has 3 major subsystems or parts - a geothermal heat pump to move heat between the building and the fluid in the earth connection, an earth connection for transferring heat between its fluid and the earth.
