Outstanding photographer, one of the best and most caring in the area!!!!

My wife and I recently got married. This day, like I need to say, was supposed to be the most wonderful day of our lives. The day itself was. It was a beautiful mass, followed by a wonderful dinner with a handful of family and friends.



After our wedding, we tried to contact the photographer/owner of Gallacher Studios, via email to see when we would receive our pictures, and it took numerous emails to get a response. There were very few people at our wedding, (less than 10) so we relied on, and PAID this photographer IN FULL BEFORE THE WEDDING to capture the day. We then find that she asked to be our friends on Facebook, so we friended her. Through Facebook we find that she not only took pictures of another wedding, where the bride happened to be a friend of hers, but they already received their pictures.



(35 days later).



The only pictures we had to look at for the month were the pictures sent to us from ONE of the 8 people who were there, nobody else had a camera. We had his pictures 2 days later and they were FAR better than the ones we got from this 'professional'. 264 pictures, 41 of them had no people in them. There were a lot of 1/2 dead flowers, most of the pics with people in them are blurred and out of those 264 pictures - I'd say 10 of them were GREAT. 10 out of 264.



My wife is a damn good retoucher, thank God, so she can fix some of the mess. When my wife sent an email to Gallacher Studios saying that she was upset about the pictures, there was no response. So not only are the pictures pi$$-poor, there is no customer service at all. I am only going to be married ONCE, and I barely have a picture where everyone's looking at the camera, nothing is in focus, and EVERYTHING is crooked. I'd rather have Stevie Wonder have taken my wedding day pictures, the shots would have been better and we would probably have been serenaded too.



Having a 'professional web site' does not make you a photographer, trust me.
