Nasty people. After my car was towed, they came up with all kinds of "administrative fees" so they could rip us out of more money. Disgusting human beings.

Frog and Towed are AWESOME !!!! They have some of the nicest drivers, and they are every helpful.

My 2009 Chevy 1550 pick-up truck was BACKED up to a street light pole, unable to be towed from the rear as it was parked. Frog and Towed was apparently called. Three eye witnesses later told me that the tow truck driver hooked up to the front of my truck and DRUG it out AND to the side, in order to get my vehicle out of it's spot and into position for towing. During the dragging process, the passenger side front bumper was broken and torn out. The driver later told me that he didn't know how my truck had gotten in tow position...that the person who called for the tow had positioned it for him before his arrival. He also said that he didn't know anything about the bumper and that it must have been like that before. Calling the number on the invoice the next day to complain, I got a woman answering the phone who REFUSED to put me in touch with the owner or even to have the owner call me back...that I HAD to discuss my issue with HER. She later called me back to say that she had talked to the owner. What I got from them (in so many words) was "tough luck, buddy!
