Using this event planner for my daughter's wedding was a big disappointment. Communication was very difficult, she missed two appointments saying she had forgotten about previous committments for other weddings. She forgot when our wedding was and I had to remind her. She said she is overworked as an excuse. She shouldn't schedule events that she doesn't have time to do. The groom and his family arrived at the wedding at the time she set but she wasn't there, arrived late, she and her husband wore white to the wedding, she sat through the whole event and only helped put out the refreshments when I asked her to. She emailed later apoligizing for being "quiet" due to a chronic back problem. The wedding was beautiful despite her lack of effort. Oh and after seeing her photography on her website, we hired our own photographer. So glad we did!

WOW! After reading the reviews for French Kiss my daughter just HAD to have her set up her wedding. It was the biggest disappointment ever! The weather suddenly turned, it was too windy to have the wedding on the beach, when I asked about the "ALTERNATE" place that they advertise, i got a blank stare. We ended up having the "WEDDING" at the pool of the condo I rented my daughter for her honeymoon.

The ceremony went off fine, thanks to her husband officiating.

But Crystal commented that she is good at "Beach Photography" and had no suggestions for our wedding pics.

At the end, (I only paid $250.00 in advance) she asked for the remainder..which was NOT deserved..She said she felt bad about taking it, (because of how horrible everything turned out) I said "Not as bad as I feel paying you". With that she took the money and was gone.

If the pics come out half decent, I will edit this review (some)

But the entire experience was SO DISAPPOINTING. There were so many better ways we could have spent the $500.00!!!
