Went in to purchase my teenage sons FIRST flower arrangement for a girl. The ladies were very helpful listened to his story and created an unbelievably beautiful arrangement with red roses and stargazer lilies at around $20. After coming here I am never going anywhere else ever again. Blown away by the kindness ♥

I would never use this florist again! The flowers came in a vase that was crooked. They lost the order for the upgraded greeting card, but they billed me for it! I paid $10 extra for the deluxe version of the flowers, and they looked worse than the picture that they showed me. They told me that I had to complain through FTD and they blamed FTD's "unrealistic pictures", and then I confirmed that it was Flowers by Cina's website. I didn't even use FTD's website. Two hours of phone calls and Janice, the manager, offered me 20% off for the mistakes that they had made, but made it clear that she was being forced to do so by the owner. I didn't even have a greeting card for my girl on our aniversary. While expressing my complaints, every chance that I gave them to make it right, they missed and left a very bad impression of this business. I have managed many difficult retail situations from their side in my past and this business is not a place where you want to go! Try somewhere else. Save your money!!!
