The movers were really courteous, on time, willing to assist and be patient at the same time. Moving is frustrating enough, so to have assistance that's more of assistance and not a nuisance is great. Thanx! I would highly recommend these guys!

First Class Move is fabulous! Our move from Chapel Hill to Mebane came to a screeching halt when the discount movers I originally hired never showed. One phone call to Larry at First Class Move with a brief explanation of what happened and what was needed got us back on track. Within 45 minutes of the frantic call, two professional and extremely courteous employees showed up on time after calling to reassure us they were 5 minutes away. Before loading anything, they asked about the required stops to pick up stored and bought furniture so they could thoughtfully arrange the items for safe transport. They were quick and careful at the 3 additional stops. At the final destination, they remained energetic and got the job done within our budget. These guys truly saved the day with great service at a reasonable price. They won our loyalty with genuine concern and their willingness to help at the last moment.

First Class Move lived up to its name. They were on time, friendly, and professional. Their delivery guys were courteous and caring with the delivery of my very heavy furniture. It can be hard to find good movers, but I know that I have found the company that I will continue to use in the future. I would recommend First Class Move to anyone. They are a great small company that truly cares about their customers.

First Class Movers WILL cheat you if you cancel their service. They WONT refund your money and wont respond to your emails or phone calls. It has been the WORST moving experience ever. Sincerely advise NOT TO HIRE their services.



You can check out BBB website. There are many recent complaints where Larry has not refunded people's money. BEWARE!!!!!
