This company is nightmare !! Extremely rude , non professional ..I filed a complain with the Attorney General and BBB.org. They are breaking FDCPA laws.

It has been a pleasure working hand in hand with Lauren Smith over the past few years. We have been using American Bureau of Credit Control for over 5 years and have found they do a very thorough and excellent job at trying to recover our receivables.

This agency main purpose is getting all their clients paid. I have sent accounts that I thought would never pay but Lauren Smith got the job done within a timely matter.
