Provided by YP.comI called and made an appointment to have an estimate for some replacement windows. I got a call 20 minutes after they were due to be at my house, asking to reschedule because they were "too busy." I agreed to reschedule, for a few days later. They NEVER showed up, and I didn't get the courtesy of even a phone call.
