DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! April...

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! April 2011 we paid (in full) Richard Fannin Roofing to replace the roof on our Simi Valley house. Mr. Fannin did not pay for the materials, so we have MECHANICS LIEN filed against our house. If we don't pay "again" our house can be forced into foreclosure to satisfy the lien. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO WORK ON YOUR HOME!
