There are a couple things that make the Family Health Care network medical center one of the least professional medical centers I've ever been to. 1) The staff is unfriendly 2) medical records has a difficult time understanding clear directions in order to fax important medical data in a timely manner 3) you will be lucky to get a hold of them within 30 minutes and get useful information from them

Our patients are from all “walks of life,” but an unusually high percent are those people who lack access to any other source of health care, because of financial, linguistic, cultural, geographic or transportation barriers. Overall, 75 percent of our patients are of Hispanic origin and 44 percent speak a language other than English. Most are families, with 84 percent of them living below the federal poverty line. The majority are young and female. A significant portion of our patients receive Medi-Cal; 25 percent have no insurance. Care is provided to patients on a sliding-scale basis. The statistics tell only part of the story, however. It is how we serve our patients that sets us apart. We take services to our patients, in their communities, in their language. We make a short-term impact by helping outpatients avoid episodic emergency room treatment, and a long-term impact by providing a medical home, protecting and preserving their health for the future. Family HealthCare Network's phenomenal growth and success are a testament to the importance of our mission: quality care to all.
