I ordered my can it was twenty min late they failed

We called Yellow Cab Taxi for a safe ride home leaving the bars in Vacaville. We informed the dispatch officer that we were headed to Fairfield and had two destinations. They told us we would have a driver where we were at in 5 to 10 minutes. We ended up waiting for over 30 minutes and decided to make our way to a friends house. We called and informed them that we would be there instead. The dispatch officer told us that our cab driver would be at our new destination in 5 to 10 minutes, just like last time. We proceeded to wait another 40 minutes. When our driver finally picked us up we told him the first address in Fairfield, yet had to pay 30 bucks up front to get a ride. We paid and got our ride to the first address and dropped off our friends. While on our way to the second address our driver started a new meter that began at 5 dollars. We told him we wouldnt pay whatever his meter said because the dispatch officer quoted us a set price for the multiple stop ride to Fairfield. The driver proceeded to pull the cab over and drop us off a healthy distance from our destination. We paid 30 dollars plus tip for the first cab ride that was less than 4 miles away from where we were picked up in Vacaville, then didnt get then promissed rate that was agreeded upon to the second location that was less than mile away. We will never take another yellow cab ride in Fairfield or Vacaville. The driver and the dispatch officer were unprofessional. Good luck to everyone out there that needs a safe, reliable and honest ride home, we recommend that you stay away from this company.
