Awful customer service and if you ever get an employee named Rick to deal with... be prepared to receive absolutely no help and to be insulted. I had just gotten into an awful car accident and this man has the audacity to be rude to me while I'm still shaken up and trying to get my belongings out of my car. Let alone, when my cousin called him on the phone and had asked if he was who she had spoken to earlier that day, his response was "not unless you were laying next to me at 3 am" um how about ew and inappropriate to say to a young adult and customer.

Great costomer service and the staff was great
