We have been using EMS for 2 years. We have only had equipment issues, which is NOT an EMS issue. The B200 is junk. We upgraded to the B250. It has always worked well for us, except when I have no signal. And that's because of MY location, NOT bad equipment. Some phone updates have issues with this reader, and the code writers have NOT created a patch to resolve this. EMS has ALWAYS tried to help. We don't ever foresee leaving EMS. I have never had issue with deposits or taking cards. The fees may be a little on the higher side, but the convenience is worth it to me. We sell boiled peanuts so, we are definitely every weekend it doesn't rain, and they have always answered. *most of my issues were operator error, but they always answered.

I can't speak for everywhere, but here in South Carolina EMS is the real deal ! Being in business for over 30 years with several locations I have dealt with many credit card companies and banks. EMS gives us great rates and awesome consistent service. Oh ! and an added plus is the free credit card paper, of which we use a lot. Electronic Merchant Systems all SC businesses should use them. The worst service and the most expansive fees I never had

I could definitely agree with RC. Here in South Carolina EMS is the best. They have great rates and the newest latest technology that they actually come out to our location and trained all employees on! Couldn't ask for better especially for my non-tech-savvy employees lol! If you own a business in South Carolina you should definitely use EMS for your business solutions! Plus they make PCI Compliance easy to do! IT
