I had a few bad experieces with lenders that were refferd by my Realtor. They gave me the run around and after a month and after all of that the came back to tell me that it was an impossible deal. I was furious!!! I heard this by 2 lenders.

Then by chance the realtor that had the house for sale asked that we talk to his lender, Eric Hasenoff. Wow!! We should have never went anywhere else.......We got the loan, plus a grant from the state, plus closing costs for free. To top it off we were going to be getting a 6.5% interest rate with the other lender.Eric was able to get us a 4.5% interest rate. I think it was fate and a godsend to have this happen. Since then I have sent him my whole entire family and a co worker that all have purcahsed homes. Just one word of caution: Do not use just any lender!
