Never speak to their manager John. He will yell at you even if it was not your fault that you were told that it would be ok to cancel the cab you ordered. W so unprofessional over the phone, yelling at customers.

Horrible cab service. I called Economy Cab a day in advance and asked them to come at 6:30am for my husband had to be at work for 7am its only about a 10-15 minute ride. they didnt come until 6:52am and have done this numerous times. Also one day I called so they could pick me up at stop and shop with my groceries. i waited for about 30 minutes, finally the cab pulls up, i wave at him and pick up my groceries as i walk toward the cab he DRIVES off. I called Economy cab and they could give me no explanation as to why he did that. Then said I'd have to wait another 30 minutes for a new cab because they were switching shifts!!!

Called two days in advance for a ride to the train station. Did not show up. I will never use this cab company.

This is the cab company other cab companies refer me to when they can't pick me up (seriously, it's happened twice) Very courteous and punctual.

My name is Courtney Barboza. I am a regular customer with economy. I have never seen a cab company that is more respectful and professional. They are never late and always curtious. This is one cab company you wont wanna pass up. Special thanks to Mark Dill and Mellissa. Mark is my regular driver and a pleasure at all times. Mellissa is a dispatcher and no matter how busy or hectic always has a positive and upbeat attitude when answering the phones. Great job Economy keep up the good work!

I have been using Economy Cab for many years now. I have always been treated with respect and the utmost in courtesy. The drivers are very knowledgeable , friendly and above all on time . The vehicles have always been very clean, inside and out, never have I encountered any problems in regard to the condition of the vehicles.

I would recommend Economy Cab to anyone visiting the Providence area at any time. They are safe, reliable and above all CLEAN.

Unsafe, old and smelly junk heaps driven by rude drivers and owned by a trogdilyte.
