Arrived 3 hours early. Made a mess of my work schedule but accommodated their schedule. Drove over my lawn and snapped off 1-yr old bush and damaged lawn. Lied about the drive through damage as their rig rested on yet another patch of grass. Their water tank was near empty on arrival yet 3/4 full when they left. Work at cleaning was poor and incomplete. I do not recommend this group.

Mauricio and his crew did a great job!! Very detailed, everything very clean. Great price as well. I will be using their services again when needed and I would recommend DPI to anyone. They cleaned my pool area, screen, structure and the deck inside out. Good communicator, returns all calls and shows up when they are suppose to. NICE JOB!!

Excellent job and excellent price.Both Rick and his wife go way out of the way to make you happy.Excellent job on the porch tile and moving the furniture and plants .They are two of the most polite persons that I have meet in Florida!

I was anticipating having to paint to restore the curb appeal of my home. I called for a free estimate and was shocked because someone actually answered the phone. Then, I was further pleased and somewhat amazed how quickly someone came to my home to discuss with me what I had in mind for the future of my home! The staff was polite, knowledgable, and experienced! My home turned out to look wonderful, and I didn't even need to paint after all!!!! More time for for what I prefer to do, instead of what I have to do!!!!WooHoo!!! Best thing of all was that it was a lot more affordable than I thought it would be!!!!!Keep up the good work!!!
