One star is too high of a score to describe the customer service I received on the phone when I called for a repair. The service manager, Steven, is a joke. It's obvious that he has no idea what he's doing. I called at least four times trying to speak to someone and it took two days before someone picked up the phone. I explained to Steven that I needed the brake on my manual chair repaired, and the guy tried telling me that it wasn't that important. I bet if I came in there looking to purchase a new chair, he would've scheduled me right away. This "service manager" is a waste of time. If you're in the market for a DME company look elsewhere.
