Never ever contract this company. They don't keep their commitments. We bought French Cream carpet, but instead they delivered Pearl Drops. Alex Carvalho promised to immediately bring over the sample board we ordered from to somehow prove it was the same carpet with a different name! He failed to do so, made crazy excuses (i.e., that it was the ONLY sample board of its kind in the world and that someone else had it for a few days) and became verbally aggressive. Alex then gave his word that if we let him install the wrong carpet, he would definitely return in a few days with the sample board we ordered from and replace our incorrect carpet if the mistake was his. Our mistake for trusting him. Alex’s guys also broke our stereo with dust by not covering our TV, VCR and stereo when they jack-hammered the old tile. Alex promised to return in a few days to have them fixed, but instead disappeared with our money and left us with incorrect carpet and repairs needing to be made.



After giving Alex a month to do the right thing, it’s time for fellow consumers to be alerted that DFL Flooring are unprofessional, a disgrace to the flooring industry, and not to be trusted.

I called DFL after, my existing tile installer had a death in his family and had to leave the state. DFL had a crew of 3 at my house the next day-wow. They were faster than my existing crew. and they also gave great suggestions. I will use them again, they have great customer service.
