I wanted a $27.99 a month security install from ADT. ADT sent Defenders to my house instead. SHAME ON YOU ADT FOR YOUR BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. It took the tech almost 3 hours to install the alarm system and he was on the phone most of the time because he did not know what he was doing. He threw away my Alarm Guide and I had to retrieve it. Then he put the wrong amount in and they took $55 out of my account instead of $31. I got all my money back. they then tried to take another $62 out of my account and I told the bank it was fraud, got my money back and changed my bank card and pin. they have terrible ratings for service, rudeness, they are ignorant, and do bait and switch tactics with customers which sooooo many have complained about. I hate them. I told them to come and get their equipment or I will smash it. I am going with Comcast Security instead. run the other way from Defenders Security or YOU WILL BE SORRY, I promise!!!
