All candidates are pre-screened and required to complete a formal application, have verifiable references and have a face-to-face interview prior to being introduced to any family. Dedicated Domestics is known for its strict screening process and high standards.

Our strict screening process includes: Trustline registration (for child caregivers), a Criminal Background Search, Reference Checks, TB Tested and CPR Certified Candidates and more. Only the best of the best are introduced to our families. If we wouldn’t feel comfortable hiring a candidate for our own family, then you won’t meet them.
