STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS

They did not follow through on what they promised. My complaint is very similar to all of the others here and in the BBB. They did not do as they said they would. I paid them every month and there were no updates or explanation of what was being done. One of the credit card accounts went into collections. I was served. The DAN program was supposed to have an attorney represent me. That did not happen and now my wages are getting garnished. Lee says they are held harmless because it was the law firm that dropped the ball. I am shocked that they are still in business. I am shocked that no one has shut them down. All I can say is RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I want a complete refund but know that it will never come. Karma is a B**** Lee.

Help to restore my dignity

Firstly, the DAN program has helped to restore my dignity,,,by not going through the bankruptcy route. I have been in the DAN program for over a year now. No problems and I vetted this company extensively before engaging into a contract. I asked so many questions they knew me by my first name. Things happen to people as did with me resulting in an extreme hardship in repaying obligated debt. This program is not for the scrupulous, but for those who need true assistance in taking care of their financial needs and do not want to go the bankruptcy route. I don't know how people can be scammed, especially if you READ and comprehend what your engaging into. When you signed an application for your credit cards or whatever that got you into trouble, did you read the fine print? If you are unsure about signing on the dotted line for any reason, have an attorney look it over.
