After our installed WI-FI thermostat was having issues, we called D&R to come take a look. The technician was there for 90 minutes and used a foot of wire to re-wire the thermostat. For that we received a bill of $391. Two hours @ $150/hr, plus $91 for parts. $91 for 12 inches of wire?!?!! After getting a quote for the same time frame and work from some other local companies...they all tell us they would've cost half the price. After calling to complain, they gave us $60 refund for a "misunderstanding" of the work, but I still don't trust the service we received. We won't be calling D&R again and we cannot recommend them to anyone.

they are the best! I needed a gas line capped off. It was a job I found out that I needed after I purchased new appliances. But I needed this job done promptly because I was waiting on a new frig! They were so friendly and kind. The job was NOT overpriced and it was done quickly. As a woman, I felt like they were very honest and tried to stay in the service call time limits!!! My guy cleaned up, smiled and went on to the next job. But here is the kicker.....it was 8:45 at night! My hero!!!!!

Thank you soooooo much for being fair and taking care of this job for me. I will call again if I need any other plumbing done!!!!

Unethical and complete disregard for customer service. I will not get into what was told or explained to me, but can only say one of the most unethical plumbing company in the area. The owner Rich and his company will not get my recommendation nor will they do what the website says they will. I wouldn't bet that most of the comments on here or D & R website is posted by D & R because from other plumbing companies in the area and other customers I've spoken with they are all in agreement.......not worth it and they lie to you. Be aware, much better and more ethical plumbing companies in the area. Don't get scammed!!

Steve From DR plumbing came out today and fixed our stopped toilet. He consulted with us on replacing it (it is original to the 1970s house). The price was extremely reasonable and he answered all our dumb questions thoroughly and tactfully. We will go to them for all our plumbing needs and definetely will use them when we upgrade to the newest toilet.



Great service, great price.

This is the second time I have used D&R each time they gave commendable service and advice...Richard was kind enough to return my call within several minutes and he instructed me on how to fix a clogged trap when I disposed too many dried peas in the garbage disposal unit...This was at 7:30pm and after following his suggestion I was able to clear out the pipe and everything is back to normal...I was very pleased that Richard was willing to help me over the phone to save me the service charge always having the assurance that if it did not work they would be available to repair it...kudos to Richard and D&R for their generosity in freely sharing their technical knowledge and expertise.

Our water was off due to a leak in our hot water line. D&R was very understanding and very professional. They got here quickly and were very friendly. Best part was it didn't cost an arm and a leg. They saved us a lot of money and time. Thanks D&R!!

D&R is a great company! I had a leak in my new vanity in my new home and need plumbing assistance ASAP. D&R was their in less than 10 minutes from the time I called them and charged me an affordable price.

My water heater broken on Friday night of a holiday weekend. The company I had done business with for years had absolutely no interest in helping me. D&R is all about customer service. I called at 8am on Saturday morning and they were there by 9am. They were polite and actually acted like they wanted my business. They will be my first call every time from now on. They didn't leave a mess from me to clean up in my home either. GREAT WORK!

Best damn company I've ever dealt with. And I've dealt with a lot of different companies over the years. I own 67 houses, 31 apartment complexes, and 7 hotels. I had a leak in one of my hotels for about three months and none of my people could figure it out or where it was coming from. The tech that came out(Damen) found the leak in about 30 minutes and then told me how much it would be. The price seemed very reasonable. They had everything fixed and cleaned up in about two and a half hours. Thank you guys!!! Keep it up.
