My wife and I have used Diane for all of our travel plans since 2008. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always available to provide first class service. Diane is especially helpful in providing advice and information for cruises. She always goes the extra mile for her clients, finding better fares and deals, and making excellent recommendations.

She has traveled extensively, has all sorts of travel industry certifications (check the initials after her name), and able to give you good insights/info/recommendations based on her personal experiences. You can tell her what your travel needs/preferences are and be confident that she will promptly take it from there, doing all the "heavy lifting," and get it done right. If you are especially sick of getting the runaround and being put on 45 minute holds with cruise lines (her agency's specialty), the airlines (she does that too), etc. just to ultimately be given the wrong information, you can stop pulling out your hair. This agency will get things done for you and save you all sorts of aggravation.
