I would have to say that these guys know what they are doing. I found this company on the internet. I requested a free estimate by filling out the web form and within 2 hours they had contacted us. We set a time for them to come out and Rick was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Rick also let us know that he only provides the tile installation labor, but not the materials. To be honest I actually like that because I know exactly what I was going to get and the price as well. He did meet us at the tile store and help us with the selection and answered our questions at no charge. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to hire this company and the quality of the installation is exceptional. Thanks guy's, we love it.

I would really love to know who this is that is attacking my company. I also have a simple question for you. If I would have done as you stated and broke just about everything I touched, was completely disrespectful to you and left the place a mess, then why in the world would you have paid me. I'm sorry but it just doesn't make a bit of sense. It's not right for you to put these bogus reviews up and bash my company. I can't stop people from believing what they read, but I can defenitly supply many references of past customers in the Jacksonville area and recent customers at that. Whoever you are, if I have done you wrong as you say, please give me a call. I have had the same company name and phone number for many years and i'm extremely easy to reach.
