My furnace was turn off on 10/25/2016 by a contractor to clean my furnace , Comfort Pro was notify 11/17/2016 because he has 3 other resident without heat before me on 11/21/2016 he had me a new furnace in before thanksgiving up and running . the owner came on 12/1/2016 inspect the furnace for safety , state code and to help me register my product.
