I called 24 hours ago to get my vehicle in to have it looked at. Was told by one guy they do loaner vehicles for free; and when I called back to schedule the appointment, I was told they would not because the cars are only supposed to be used for test drives. The guy told me he was going to talk to sales and call me back. It has been 24 hours, and I have not heard back from them. I did call yesterday (1 1/2 hours after the first time I called) to ask about the "loaner car" and the guy was extremely rude on the phone.
