The sofa came out clean, and I could see all of the dirt coming out as the tech cleaned, but I was wayyy mis quoted on the pricing. I was expecting the tech to do whatever he needed to do to get the pet stains and smell out, and on the phone I was told it would be a certain amount including the basic clean and the pet treatment, then when the tech arrived it turned out that it was going to be an extra $10 a linear foot to "add in" the pet treatment. I couldn't afford it, being an extra $70 so I had to turn it down. Hopefully some of the pet stains came out! I am very dissapointed in getting mis-quoted!
