Dreadful. The worst. We made an appointment to restart service at our nearly new home. Our home is prewired with the latest and greatest coaxial cable. Ten days later, the technician arrived. He cut off the end of my existing cable, then was unable to put on a new connector. He left, saying that he would get back to me. Now not answering my calls.



I wrote to the manager about this issue. And still have not received a reply.



Terrible connection.
