Travelling through, broke down at mile 20 on I-20. I googled a repair shop and found Carolina Auto Repair. They towed my vehicle for free. They diagnosed as a water pump. The water Pump was not available till the next day. They took us to the sleep-in down the road. The next morning they had our vehicle fixed and came to pick us up. We had excellent service. They went above and beyond.

I like that they have added a female to the front counter. The service technician took time to put air in my tire and find the leak, without me waiting. He said something this small, he could take a few minutes away from a bigger job.
